ART

In line with it’s core value of normalizing Black culture, TSMF has commissioned a limited-edition art piece entitled "ANDROMEDA STARRR" to commemorate the inaugural event. Limited to 250, individually signed and numbered creations by emerging Jamaican-born, Toronto-based illustrator and digital artist TROYDEL, this artwork beautifully blends traditional African Adinkra symbols with music and cultural symbols representing soul throughout the ages. ANDROMEDA STARRR pays homage to the legendary Black Ethiopian queen and central figure in Greek mythology, serving as a powerful representation of the festival's core values.
